Andrew's New Job

So my husband, Andrew, is in Artesia, New Mexico for about another month. He is there training for a position with the U.S. Border Patrol. It took us almost a year and half from the time that he first applied to actually get hired! Getting hired with the United States Federal Government isn't easy, but he is finding that the work is interesting and the opportunities are promising.

We will be moving to Arizona in about 5 weeks. This is a new adventure for the two of us. I have never really lived outside of Utah, where I grew up, and getting outside of my comfort zone is not an easy thing for me to do. But I am looking forward to buying our first home in Sierra Vista, making new friends and sharing this adventure with Andrew.

ya its a lot easier to stay in shape when you aren't stuck behind a desk all day. This job is great. Reminds me a lot of Wyoming growing up. Only then I didn't find drugs or illegals out in the brush. lol
